Visual identity, illustration, web design and live illustration for co-creative evenings about sustainability at the Stadsschouwburg Amsterdam.

For Vonk, a social platform for sustainability and innovation previously known as Kamervragen, I was asked to create a new visual identity and develop a new website. Together with webdeveloper Taco van Sambeek we designed and built a customized event blog, based on an OpenCart CMS. The main idea was to create a website that would make it easier for contributors from the various organizations using the system to manage their own content, and also be able to create content for their city-specific event pages (in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam, etc.).
Illustration - visualizing narratives
Next to developing their brand identity and website I created various illustrations, in a Saul Bass inspired cut-out style, which I started to develop during live illustration sessions during their events in the Amsterdam Stadsschouwburg (SSBA Salon). Have a look at more of the live designs here.
